We accept inquiries about properties and requests for viewings via telephone, our website, email, and telephone .
After receiving your inquiry, a representative will contact you by email or phone within a few days to answer your questions and schedule a viewing.
We recommend that you actually view the property you are considering moving into. Our representative will guide you and answer any questions you may have. You may also have the opportunity to meet and talk with current residents.
If you like the property after seeing it in person, you can then apply to rent it. At that time, you will need to provide proof of identity and fill out an application form.
Living in a share house isn't like living alone where you can live entirely on your own, nor is it like living with your family where you don't have to worry about others. It's important to have an "ALL FOR ONE ♡ ONE FOR ALL" attitude, such as cooperating with others and following the rules. We will assess whether your personality and other factors are a good fit for a share house based on your application, conversations during viewings, and overall demeanor to determine if you are a suitable resident.
Once you decide to move in, we will proceed to the contract. Your room will be confirmed once we receive and confirm your deposit (a flat rate of ¥40,000). After the move-in and contract date is decided, we will send you an email with details of the initial costs (prorated rent, etc.).
On your move-in day, you will pay the initial fees and sign the contract. At that time, you will receive two keys: one for the front door and one for your room. Finally, you're in! Your shared living experience begins♪
